Refund Policy

At Tiny Goldfish, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with high-quality, custom-made products. Each item is made to order and specifically crafted to meet your unique specifications. As a result, we can only offer refunds or exchanges on any custom-made products if they arrive damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will be happy to provide you with a replacement or refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any refunds or replacements if the customer has used, altered, or damaged the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@tinygoldfish.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@tinygoldfish.com.

Please note that we do not accept returns for any non-custom items or personalized products that do not arrive damaged. All sales of non-custom and personalized items are final.
